Royaltec Paints

Exterior Painting Services in Madurai & Coimbatore

Premium factory-direct paint. Professionally managed painting. Exterior painting built around the wall condition, not just a new colour. We inspect chalking (the powdery film sun-worn paint leaves), peeling, cracks and signs of moisture before specifying the coating system.

Independent house after exterior repainting

Managed painting: at least 1,000 sq ft of paintable walls and ceilings.

Exterior symptoms need to be read before they are covered. Chalking can weaken adhesion, peeling may expose an unsound old layer, and a visible crack can be superficial or signal movement that needs a different specialist.

The scope should identify how each side of the building will be cleaned, which loose material will be removed, what repairs are included, the compatible primer and finish, planned coats, access method and surfaces that are excluded.

Which Royaltec system goes on an exterior wall?

Three exterior emulsions, chosen by exposure rather than by budget alone. Signature Acrylic Emulsion is silicone-fortified and handles ordinary walls that get rain, dirt and algae. Matrix Premium Emulsion adds a high-sheen weatherproof coat where the owner wants the facade to look glossy. Weather Shield Emulsion is the one to specify on a west or south face that takes full afternoon sun, because cracking, peeling and fading are what it is built to resist.

Underneath, Acrylic Multi-Purpose Cement Primer Advance is the standard exterior base. Alkali Block Primer replaces it on fresh plaster or anywhere efflorescence is visible, since a premium topcoat over an untreated alkaline wall still fails. Primer and finish come from the same factory, so the system is matched and the coat counts are stated in the quote.

For sun-facing walls and dust exposure specific to the city, see exterior painting in Madurai.

For apartments, society access and monsoon timing, see exterior painting in Coimbatore.

Shade approval matters outdoors too. Direct sun, shade, dust and neighbouring colours change how a facade reads, so review a sample on the building where practical instead of relying only on a small colour card.

Scope the cause and the surface

Preparation comes before the product choice

The observed condition determines what must be removed, repaired or referred before the compatible coating system is applied.

  • Check adhesion and moisture
Review the affected wall, adjacent areas and likely water paths.
  • Define repairs
Separate coating preparation from plumbing, structural or larger civil work.
  • Specify compatible coats
Name primer, finish and planned coats for the prepared surface.
