Exterior walls take a beating from UV, rain and dirt, and a lasting finish starts with serious preparation: power-washing to remove chalking and dirt, scraping loose paint, and routing and filling cracks so water can’t get behind the coat.
We then apply weatherproof, UV-resistant emulsions, silicone-enhanced for water repellency and built to resist fading and dirt pick-up. For walls with damp or efflorescence, we integrate our Alkali Block Primer to create a sound barrier before painting.
All work is carried out with proper scaffolding and safe access, by trained crews, and backed by a warranty of up to 10 years on eligible systems.
