Waterproofing & Damp Treatment
Do not simply paint over a damp patch. We inspect the likely moisture source, explain the treatment scope, and prepare the wall before repainting.
Damp patches, peeling paint and fungal growth can have different causes, including exterior cracks, terrace seepage, plumbing leaks or moisture from an adjoining bathroom. Repainting without addressing the source can allow the same damage to return.
Royaltec starts with an inspection and documents the recommended work. Depending on the cause and wall condition, the scope may include cleaning, crack repair, removal of loose material, a suitable primer or water-repellent system, and repainting after the surface is ready.
A coating is not a substitute for every plumbing or structural repair. Where another trade or a larger civil correction is required, that limitation is stated before painting begins.
What’s included
Source-first inspection
We check likely entry points, cracks and adjacent wet areas before recommending a coating.
Clear treatment scope
The quote separates repairs, preparation, primers, coatings and repainting so inclusions are clear.
Surface preparation
Loose paint, salts and fungal growth are treated before the specified primer and finish system.
Honest limitations
If plumbing, terrace slope or structural repair is needed, we explain it instead of promising that paint alone will solve it.
